New Day Program helps many people right where they are at. Some just need some help with direction. Others really need a reality check while most just want to get their life moving with work or study.
Getting your first job is a big step but with the right attitude and hard work, you can start on your career path working for what you want.
New Day want to help with a career but preparation is always needed. The way you present yourself, being sure about your direction, being confident and yet humble, being realistic yet hopeful and being ready to work hard, positive and keen are just a small part of the overall package YOU need to have to offer.
The world owes you nothing. We take time to help you work out what you have to offer, and then offer your attitude, skills and hopes to potential employers in bucket loads!
Getting your first or second job is often about what is in your heart and head more than your skills, brains or previous work history. New Day spends most of its time working with the hearts and minds of young people. We realise and expect that if a young person's potential is unleashed, in the right way and at the right time and with youthful enthusiasm and energy, then only time will limit what is possible for them.
